The application process opens in January and the final deadline for submitting to Denver applications is May 31, 2019. Some sponsoring organizations have their own internal selection processes with earlier deadlines. Check with your organization’s Human Resources to see whether it has a special application process and deadlines.

Applications may be sent electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy to Tom.Rowe@du.edu. Letters of recommendation may also be sent electronically directly from the recommender to email@example.com with a copy to Tom.Rowe@du.edu.
Please Note: There is no application fee. With the exception of sponsored ICAP Fellows, applicants selected as participants from the general pool of applications submitted to ICAP in Denver are responsible for their own travel expenses to Aspen and a $500 registration fee. Program costs, room and all meals in Aspen are otherwise covered. If an applicant is fully qualified and the only reason they are not selected for participation is inadequate ICAP funding, then special consideration will be given to those whose employers are able to cover a portion of the $7,000 per person cost of the program.
