Programs

ICAP HAS BEEN HELD ANNUALLY since 1997 in Aspen, Colorado at Aspen Meadows, home of the Aspen Institute. It now involves a one-day introductory session in Washington, DC, a week long program in Aspen and then follow-on activities in Washington and New York City. For a detailed look at the ICAP agenda, the Archive provides previous program agendas, as well as brief biographies of senior and mid-career participants.
