International Career Advancement Association

The International Career Advancement Association (ICAA) is a non-profit organization set up by the ICAP alumni to continue to pursue the goals of diversity and quality in U.S. leadership, to help organize the various activities of the alumni and to extend support and participation in activities to mid-career professionals who share the ICAP vision.
