ICAP Career Counselors
A central feature of the ICAP schedule in Aspen and subsequent follow-up events involves career counseling, both individual advice and group workshops. As a result, the career counselors are among the most important participants in the program. ICAP career counselors are as follows:
Maria Pinto Carland is an independent career consultant recently retired from the Master of Science in Foreign Service Program at Georgetown University and has edited four versions of the book Careers in International Affairs;
Richard Roper is an independent public policy consultant and advisor with a long career in administration and strategic planning;
Nina Segal is an independent career consultant who has extensive experience, including work with the United Nations, IIPP and Columbia University.
